  • Older people teach you a lot from their experiences and mistakes.

 

Surround yourself with positivity

  • As the saying goes, “You are the average person of the five people you hang out with” surrounding yourself with positive people is necessary.
  • Cut off the negativity around you and focus on self-growth.
  • Always look up to ambitious and hardworking people.
  • Choose your friends wisely.

 

Eat Vegetables

  • Digestive health is linked to mental health.
  • Vegetables have fibers, antioxidants, vitamins, and nutrition that help the Digestive System run smoothly.
  • Veggies fill up more space in your stomach. So that less space is left for junk food.

 

Fix your Sleep routine

  • Have dinner 3-4 hours before sleeping. 
  • Switch all screens off at least 1 hour before sleep.

 

Practice Meditation

  • Practicing meditation daily for 15-20 mins can change your life completely.
  • It is scientifically proven that practicing meditation can help you increase the processing power of your brain.
